As a key electronic control actuator for automatic transmissions in specific models (such as Mitsubishi 4AT/6AT for Mitsubishi ASX, and some Geely models like early Geely Boyue), the F01R00WA11 transmission solenoid valve undertakes the core task of "electrical signal-hydraulic action" conversion. It ensures smooth gear shifting and reliable power transmission of the transmission through precise control, specifically realizing two core functions:
1. High-Frequency Electro-Hydraulic Signal Rapid Conversion
Adopting the third-generation PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control technology, it can real-time receive the 0.6-2.2A precise current signal output by the Transmission Control Unit (TCU) and complete the conversion from electrical signal to mechanical action of the valve core within 40 milliseconds. The maximum stroke of the valve core is strictly controlled at 0.4mm, which can quickly adjust the on-off state and flow rate of hydraulic oil, driving clutches and brakes to complete engagement/disengagement actions. This ensures that the response delay of gear shifting commands is ≤ 0.07 seconds, avoiding low-speed shifting jitter (e.g., shifting shock between 1st and 2nd gears) or high-speed power interruption (e.g., shifting lag between 3rd and 4th gears during high-speed overtaking).
2. Multi-Working-Condition Intelligent Oil Pressure Regulation
Targeting scenarios such as urban congestion (frequent start-stop), high-speed cruising (constant-speed transmission), and uphill heavy load (high-load output), it is equipped with a built-in "three-stage pressure compensation valve group", enabling stepless oil pressure regulation within the range of 0.3-2.4MPa. For example, during low-speed shifting between 1st and 2nd gears, it outputs low oil pressure of 0.3-0.8MPa, and the buffer oil chamber design further reduces clutch engagement shock to improve riding comfort; during rapid acceleration shifting between 3rd and 4th gears or fully-loaded uphill driving, it automatically increases the oil pressure to 1.7-2.4MPa to enhance the rigidity of the transmission mechanism and prevent power slipping (e.g., sudden speed drop caused by clutch slipping during uphill driving). At the same time, it transmits data to the TCU in real-time through the oil pressure feedback sensor, forming a closed-loop control, and controls the oil pressure fluctuation error within ±0.03MPa to ensure shifting accuracy.
1. In-Depth Adaptation to Original Vehicles with High Installation Compatibility
As an original Mitsubishi-spec solenoid valve (part number F01R00WA11), it is fully compatible with the oil circuit interface dimensions (such as M10×1.25 threaded interface) and wiring harness plug pin definitions (6-pin waterproof plug) of specific transmissions (e.g., Mitsubishi INVECS-III 4AT, Geely 6AT Pro). No modification to the installation position or adjustment of circuit parameters is required. After installation, it can directly realize "plug-and-play" communication with the original vehicle's TCU, without additional programming and calibration (e.g., no need for parameter matching with a dedicated diagnostic tool). The applicable models cover mainstream vehicles such as Mitsubishi ASX (2013-2020 models), Mitsubishi Outlander (some 2016-2019 models), and Geely Boyue (2016-2018 models), greatly reducing the difficulty of maintenance and installation, with a regular replacement working hour ≤ 1 hour.
2. High-Durability Materials and Craftsmanship with Long Service Life
The valve core is made of martensitic stainless steel (model 420J2) and undergoes "vacuum quenching + precision polishing" dual treatment, with a surface hardness of over HV1000. Its wear resistance is 65% higher than that of ordinary solenoid valves, which can resist long-term hydraulic oil scouring (e.g., ATF oil circulation impact) and impurity wear (e.g., metal particles in oil); the coil uses polyimide enameled copper wire resistant to 200℃ high temperature, covered with a fluororubber insulation layer (oil resistance grade ISO 6743-4), which has both oil resistance and anti-aging properties, preventing short-circuit faults caused by oil penetration (e.g., insulation failure caused by ATF oil entering the coil). Through 1.5 million cycles of action testing (simulating a 15-year/300,000-kilometer usage scenario), the failure rate is ≤ 0.2%, and the service life can reach more than 200,000 kilometers under normal use, reducing the frequency of later maintenance.
