PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

1.Dynamically Adapt to Operating Conditions and Optimize Valve Timing

This component is deeply linked to the Suzuki engine control unit (ECU) and crankshaft/camshaft position sensors. It can precisely adjust the camshaft phase based on the engine’s real-time operating conditions (such as idling, urban cruising, high-speed acceleration, and uphill driving):

·Low-load scenarios (e.g., idling, low-speed traffic following): It reduces the valve overlap angle to minimize airflow backflow in the intake manifold, lower pumping losses, stabilize the air-fuel mixture concentration in the cylinders, suppress idle vibration, and ensure smooth engine operation.

·High-load scenarios (e.g., rapid acceleration, uphill driving): It increases the valve overlap angle and extends the intake valve opening duration to improve air intake volume and efficiency. This allows the air-fuel mixture to burn more fully, releasing stronger power to match the demand for "fast power response" in Suzuki models (especially those with small-displacement engines).

2. Improve Combustion Efficiency and Reduce Energy Consumption & Emissions

By precisely controlling the opening/closing timing of the intake and exhaust valves, this component optimizes the engine’s combustion process from the source:

·It ensures more uniform mixing of fresh air and fuel, reducing fuel waste caused by incomplete combustion. In medium-to-low load conditions (common in daily commuting), it can significantly lower vehicle fuel consumption and improve fuel economy.

·It reduces the formation of unburned hydrocarbons (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO). Meanwhile, by adjusting the exhaust valve timing to match the operating temperature range of Suzuki’s aftertreatment system (e.g., three-way catalytic converter), it further reduces nitrogen oxide (NOₓ) emissions, meeting mainstream environmental regulations (such as China VI).

APPLICATION
ADVANTAGES

1.OE-Spec Compatibility with Suzuki – No Additional Modifications Needed

Manufactured in strict compliance with Suzuki’s original engineering standards, the component’s tooth pitch, inner hole diameter, mounting bolt holes, and hydraulic oil passage layout perfectly match the engines of compatible Suzuki models (e.g., some family sedans and SUVs). It can directly replace the original old part:

·No modifications (such as cutting or grinding) to surrounding components like the camshaft seat, timing cover, or oil control valve are required, avoiding the risk of timing deviation caused by poor compatibility.

·After installation, it accurately restores the original power parameters of the Suzuki engine (e.g., maximum power and torque output range), without issues like "false power claims" or "abnormal fuel consumption increases".

2. Weather-Resistant High-Quality Materials – Adaptable to Harsh Engine Environments

Tailored to the operating characteristics of Suzuki engines (especially small-displacement, high-speed models), this component is made of high-strength alloy steel (or wear-resistant ductile iron), with key parts treated by carburizing and quenching or nitriding:

·The tooth surface hardness reaches HRC 58-62, which can withstand long-term meshing wear with the timing chain/belt and prevent premature tooth deformation.

·It has excellent high-temperature resistance and can operate stably in the engine’s harsh environment (150-200℃ high temperature and fluctuating oil pressure). Under normal maintenance, its service life can exceed 150,000 kilometers, reducing the frequency of mid-term maintenance and replacement.
