1. Multi-Working-Condition Dynamic Oil Pressure Regulation
Targeting different scenarios such as urban congestion (frequent start-stop), high-speed cruising (constant-speed transmission), and uphill heavy load (high-load output), it has a built-in multi-stage pressure compensation structure, enabling stepless oil pressure regulation within the range of 0.2-2.3MPa. For example, during low-speed shifting between 1st and 2nd gears, it outputs low oil pressure of 0.2-0.7MPa to buffer the clutch engagement impact and improve riding comfort; during rapid acceleration shifting between 3rd and 4th gears or uphill driving, it automatically increases the oil pressure to 1.6-2.3MPa to enhance transmission rigidity and prevent power slipping. At the same time, it transmits data to the TCU in real-time through the oil pressure feedback module, forming a closed-loop control, and controlling the oil pressure fluctuation error within ±0.04MPa to ensure shifting accuracy.

Optimized design for different climates and road conditions: In low-temperature environments (-45℃ to -10℃), the coil adopts a low-resistance design, which can heat up to the working temperature within 3 seconds after being energized, avoiding shifting delay caused by valve core jamming due to low temperature; in high-temperature environments (above 45℃), the valve body shell has built-in heat dissipation fins, which cooperate with the transmission cooling system to stabilize the working temperature of the solenoid valve within the optimal range of 55-110℃, reducing problems such as coil aging and seal failure caused by high temperature. At the same time, it can withstand the pH change of hydraulic oil (pH 6.0-8.8) and has excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for various complex working conditions such as urban congestion, long-distance high-speed driving, and muddy mountain roads.
