PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

1. High-Durability Materials and Craftsmanship, Long Service Life

The valve core is made of martensitic stainless steel (model 410) and undergoes "quenching + precision grinding" dual treatment, with a surface hardness of over HV950. Its wear resistance is 55% higher than that of ordinary solenoid valves, which can resist long-term hydraulic oil scouring and impurity wear; the coil uses enameled copper wire resistant to 180℃ high temperature, covered with a fluororubber insulation layer, which has both oil resistance and anti-aging properties, preventing short-circuit faults caused by oil penetration. Through 1.2 million cycles of action testing (simulating a 12-year/250,000-kilometer usage scenario), the failure rate is ≤ 0.3%, and the service life can reach more than 180,000 kilometers under normal use, reducing the frequency of later maintenance.

2. Strong Adaptability to All Environments, No Restrictions on Working Conditions

Optimized design for different climates and road conditions: In low-temperature environments (-45℃ to -10℃), the coil adopts a low-resistance design, which can heat up to the working temperature within 3 seconds after being energized, avoiding shifting delay caused by valve core jamming due to low temperature; in high-temperature environments (above 45℃), the valve body shell has built-in heat dissipation fins, which cooperate with the transmission cooling system to stabilize the working temperature of the solenoid valve within the optimal range of 55-110℃, reducing problems such as coil aging and seal failure caused by high temperature. At the same time, it can withstand the pH change of hydraulic oil (pH 6.0-8.8) and has excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for various complex working conditions such as urban congestion, long-distance high-speed driving, and muddy mountain roads.

APPLICATION
ADVANTAGES

1. High-Speed Electro-Hydraulic Signal Conversion and Execution

Adopting high-frequency response PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control technology, it can real-time receive the 0.5-2.0A precise current signal output by the Transmission Control Unit (TCU) and complete the conversion from electrical signal to mechanical action of the valve core within 50 milliseconds. The maximum stroke of the valve core is accurately controlled at 0.45mm, which can quickly adjust the on-off state and flow rate of hydraulic oil, driving actuators such as clutches and brakes to complete engagement/disengagement actions. This ensures that the response delay of gear shifting commands is ≤ 0.08 seconds, avoiding low-speed shifting jitter or high-speed power interruption.

2. Intelligent Fault Monitoring and Self-Protection

Equipped with a current detection chip and a temperature sensor, it can real-time monitor its own working status: when abnormal current (overcurrent ≥ 2.5A or undercurrent ≤ 0.3A), working temperature exceeding 125℃, or valve core jamming caused by hydraulic oil impurities is detected, it will immediately send a fault code to the TCU, triggering a dual protection mechanism—on the one hand, it cuts off its own redundant power supply to prevent coil burnout; on the other hand, it assists the TCU in switching to "limp mode", limiting the maximum gear of the transmission (usually locked within 3rd gear) and output power to avoid fault escalation, providing guarantee for the vehicle's safe return or maintenance.
