PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

1.Solenoid Valve Integration & Fixation

The transmission solenoid valve base serves as a dedicated mounting carrier for multiple solenoid valves in an automatic or dual-clutch transmission (DCT). It securely positions each solenoid valve in its designated location, ensuring precise alignment with the transmission’s hydraulic control circuit and valve body. This integration prevents displacement or vibration-induced loosening of solenoid valves during vehicle operation.

2.Hydraulic Fluid Distribution & Regulation

It features an integrated internal hydraulic channel system that connects the transmission’s main oil pump to individual solenoid valves, and then distributes pressurized hydraulic fluid to key transmission components (such as clutch packs, brake bands, and shift valves). By coordinating with the on/off or proportional control signals of solenoid valves, the base regulates the flow rate and pressure of hydraulic fluid to different parts, enabling accurate gear shifting, torque transfer, and clutch engagement/disengagement.

3.Signal & Electrical Connection Hub

The valve base is equipped with a unified electrical connector interface that links all solenoid valves to the Transmission Control Module (TCM). It transmits electrical control signals between the TCM and solenoid valves, and also collects feedback signals from pressure sensors (if integrated) on the base, facilitating real-time communication and closed-loop control of the transmission system.

4.Sealing & Contamination Prevention

With precision-machined sealing surfaces and built-in seals (such as O-rings or gaskets), the valve base isolates the internal hydraulic channels from the external environment, preventing hydraulic fluid leakage and the intrusion of dust, metal debris, or other contaminants into the hydraulic control system. This protects both the solenoid valves and the valve body from wear and clogging.

APPLICATION
ADVANTAGES

1.Enhanced Transmission Control Precision

The integrated hydraulic channel design of the valve base minimizes fluid flow resistance and pressure loss, ensuring that hydraulic pressure adjustments respond rapidly to solenoid valve commands. This results in smoother gear shifts, reduced shift shock, and improved synchronization between engine power output and transmission gear changes, enhancing overall driving comfort.

2.Simplified Assembly & Maintenance

By integrating all solenoid valves onto a single base, the transmission assembly process is streamlined—technicians can install the pre-assembled valve base and solenoid valve unit as a whole, reducing assembly time and potential installation errors. During maintenance, the entire valve base can be removed and replaced as a module, making it easier to diagnose and repair faulty solenoid valves without disassembling the entire valve body.

3.Improved System Reliability & Durability

The rigid structure of the valve base provides stable support for solenoid valves, reducing the impact of engine and transmission vibrations on the valves’ internal components (such as valve cores and coils). Additionally, the optimized sealing design effectively prevents hydraulic fluid contamination and leakage, extending the service life of both the solenoid valves and the entire transmission hydraulic control system.

4.Compact Structure & Space Optimization

The integrated design of the valve base reduces the overall size of the transmission’s hydraulic control unit, allowing for a more compact transmission layout. This is particularly beneficial for front-wheel-drive vehicles or models with limited underhood space, as it helps save installation space while maintaining full functionality.

5.Cost Efficiency in Production & After-Sales

Mass production of standardized solenoid valve bases lowers manufacturing costs compared to individual mounting of solenoid valves. In after-sales service, modular replacement of the valve base reduces repair time and labor costs, while also minimizing the risk of secondary damage to the transmission during disassembly and reassembly.
