1. Hydraulic Oil Circuit Control Exclusive to Toyota High-End Models


Tailored to the power output characteristics of Toyota's 2.0L/2.5L Dynamic Force engines (supporting a maximum torque of 250N·m), the valve body features an internal "matrix-type oil circuit + two-stage precision valve core" design. It can accurately distribute hydraulic oil to clutches and multiple planetary gear sets (for 6AT/8AT models) in real time. The built-in valve core (with a diameter tolerance of ≤ 0.003mm) dynamically adjusts the oil circuit pressure based on signals of engine speed, vehicle speed, and accelerator opening:


During low-speed startup, it maintains oil pressure stably between 0.9-1.3MPa, and reduces clutch engagement impact through the "buffer oil chamber + progressive valve core stroke" design;


During high-speed cruising (e.g., constant speed at 120km/h), it optimizes oil flow speed and pressure (oil pressure drops to 1.1-1.4MPa) to reduce energy consumption of the hydraulic system while ensuring no delay in power transmission, aligning with the "balance of smoothness and power" driving needs of Toyota mid-to-high-end models.


2. Intelligent Execution of Multi-Scenario Shift Logic


Deeply compatible with Toyota's new-generation Transmission Control Unit (TCU), it can real-time receive multi-dimensional driving scenario data—including frequent start-stop signals in urban congested roads, rapid acceleration signals for high-speed overtaking, high-load signals for mountain climbing, and special working condition signals for snow/sport modes. Through independent shift valve groups (8AT models are equipped with 8 sets of dedicated shift valves), it quickly switches oil circuit channels to achieve accurate shifting of 6/8 forward gears. Shift strategies are optimized for different scenarios:


In urban congestion, the shift interval between 1st-2nd gears and 2nd-3rd gears is shortened to within 0.3 seconds, with shift impact controlled at ≤ 35N;


During high-speed overtaking, the TCU can instruct the valve body to skip 1-2 gears (e.g., 4th-6th gears), with a shift response delay of ≤ 0.2 seconds to enhance power burst;


In snow mode, it reduces low-gear oil pressure (0.7-1.0MPa) to avoid wheel slipping, balancing safety and smoothness.
