PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

As a core control component of automatic transmissions in specific Honda family and MPV models (such as some Odyssey, Vezel, Fit, etc.), the 27000-5X9-004 valve body achieves four core functions relying on precise hydraulic control and electronic synergy technology, meeting the requirements for smoothness, economy, and reliability in family-use scenarios:

1. Dedicated Hydraulic Oil Circuit Control for Family-Use Scenarios

Targeting the 1.5L naturally aspirated and 1.5T turbocharged engines (supporting a maximum torque of 220N·m) commonly used in Honda family vehicles, the valve body adopts an "wide-range oil channel + multi-stage pressure regulation" design inside. It can accurately distribute hydraulic oil to the clutches and planetary gear sets according to scenarios such as low-speed driving during daily commuting and medium-to-high-speed cruising during family trips. The built-in precision valve core (roundness error ≤ 0.003mm) can respond in real time to changes in engine speed and vehicle speed. At low speeds, it reduces oil circuit pressure fluctuations (fluctuation range ≤ 0.1MPa) to avoid starting jitters; at high speeds, it optimizes oil flow speed to ensure no delay in power transmission, aligning with the "smoothness first" driving demand of family vehicles.

2. Intelligent Execution of Multi-Scenario Shift Logic

It deeply collaborates with Honda's new-generation Transmission Control Unit (TCU) and can receive real-time driving scenario data—including frequent start-stop signals in urban congested roads, constant-speed cruising signals on high-speed roads, and load signals when the family vehicle is fully loaded. Through independent shift valve groups, it quickly switches oil circuit channels to realize gear shifting of the automatic transmission. Aiming at family-use scenarios, it optimizes the low-speed shift logic for 1-2 gears and 2-3 gears, shortening the shift interval to less than 0.3 seconds while controlling the shift impact to ≤ 45N. Combined with the shift delay adjustment in "Eco Mode", it further improves riding comfort and reduces jolts felt by family members during travel.

APPLICATION
ADVANTAGES

1. Original Factory Precise Adaptation, Zero Adaptation Cost for Installation

As an original Honda-spec valve body (part number 27000-5X9-004), it is fully compatible with the transmission housing interfaces (such as Odyssey 2018-2022 models, Vezel 2020-2023 models) and wiring harness connector pin definitions of specific-year Honda family vehicles, requiring no modification to installation dimensions or adjustment of circuit parameters. After installation, it can directly achieve "plug-and-play" communication with the original vehicle's TCU, without the need for additional computer programming or parameter calibration, significantly shortening the maintenance and replacement time (regular replacement working hours ≤ 2 hours) and reducing installation adaptation costs.

2. Enhanced Manufacturing Process for Family-Use Scenarios, Upgraded Reliability

It adopts a dedicated aluminum alloy die-cast housing (material: ADC10, yield strength ≥ 180MPa) for Honda family vehicles. The surface undergoes a "phosphating + electrophoresis" double anti-rust treatment, improving corrosion resistance by 50% compared to ordinary valve bodies, which can resist oxidation and rust risks caused by long-term immersion in transmission oil; the internal valve cores and valve sleeves are made of high-strength martensitic stainless steel (material: 4Cr13), treated with "quenching + polishing", with a surface hardness of over HV900, significantly enhancing wear resistance. In daily commuting scenarios (annual driving distance of 15,000 kilometers), the service life of the valve body can reach more than 180,000 kilometers, reducing the maintenance frequency of family vehicles.
