PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

1.Core Functions of Hydraulic Control

Simple Adaptive Oil Pressure Regulation

The SLT solenoid valve (integrated into the SL3 solenoid valve) dynamically adjusts the main line pressure according to the engine throttle opening and vehicle speed: it decreases to 0.6MPa at idle (to reduce energy consumption) and increases to 1.3-1.5MPa during rapid acceleration (to ensure power transmission). The ATF pressure switch feeds back oil pressure data every 8ms, forming a basic closed-loop control to ensure no obvious jitter during shifting, balancing control accuracy and cost requirements.

2.Electronic Cooperative Control Functions

Simple Fault Protection Function

Integrated with "two-level fault protection": In case of a level-1 fault (such as slight jamming of the solenoid valve), basic shifting functions are maintained by fine-tuning the oil pressure; in case of a level-2 fault (such as sensor failure or oil circuit blockage), it switches to "emergency mode" (fixed in 2nd gear) to ensure the vehicle can drive to the maintenance station at low speed and avoid breakdown. Meanwhile, it supports the basic OBD diagnostic protocol, and simple fault codes (such as P0840 oil pressure abnormality) can be read through an ordinary diagnostic tool to assist in quickly locating faults and meeting basic maintenance needs.

3. Scenario-Specific Auxiliary Functions

Light-Load Adaptation Function

Considering that micro-cars are mostly used for light-load scenarios with 1-2 passengers, the valve body adopts "light-load pressure mode" by default, maintaining the clutch engagement pressure between 0.9-1.1MPa to reduce power transmission loss; when the vehicle is fully loaded (4-5 people) or carrying goods, the clutch pressure is automatically increased to 1.2-1.4MPa through the throttle opening signal (opening > 60%) to ensure stable power transmission and avoid slipping, balancing energy saving under light load and stability under heavy load.

Low-Speed Mute Control

When the engine speed is lower than 1800rpm (such as driving at low speed in a residential area), the valve body automatically reduces the switching frequency of the solenoid valve (from 40Hz to 25Hz) to reduce oil flow noise and solenoid valve operating noise, lowering the noise in the cab by 2-3 decibels, improving the quietness of low-speed driving and adapting to the short-distance travel scenario in residential areas.

APPLICATION
ADVANTAGES

1. Ultimate Adaptability for Small-Displacement Vehicles

Precise Matching for Miniature Power Systems

The K120 is specifically designed for 1.0L-1.5L small-displacement naturally aspirated engines, with the maximum operating pressure of the valve body optimized to 1.5MPa. It perfectly adapts to low-power output scenarios, avoiding energy waste caused by "excessive power" of large-displacement valve bodies. Compared with peer valve bodies in the same class, its power transmission efficiency is increased by 5%. When matched with a 1.2L engine, the vehicle’s starting acceleration response time is shortened by 0.3 seconds, and the comprehensive fuel consumption can be reduced by 2%-3% (taking a 1.2L micro-car as an example, the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is reduced from 6.5L to less than 6.3L), precisely meeting the power needs of micro-cars and economy sedans.

2.High Cost-Effectiveness and Low-Cost Advantages

Streamlined Design for Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement

The number of core solenoid valves in the valve body is streamlined to 3 groups (SL1-SL3), reducing 2 auxiliary solenoid valves. At the same time, an "integrated oil circuit" design is adopted (integrating multiple independent oil circuits into 3 main oil circuits), reducing the number of components by 15% compared with peer valve bodies in the same class and lowering production costs by 20%. In addition, the production process uses an automated assembly line, increasing assembly efficiency by 30% and further controlling manufacturing costs, making the terminal product price more competitive in the market and adapting to the cost positioning of economy vehicles.

3. All-Scenario Stability and Durability

Stable Operation Across Wide Temperature Ranges

Equipped with a single-channel high-sensitivity ATF temperature sensor, combined with the "simplified temperature range control strategy" of the ECT ECU: When starting at low temperatures below -20℃, the preheating time of the solenoid valve is extended to 250ms to prevent shift jamming caused by viscous oil; under normal temperature conditions (30℃-70℃), the oil pressure is maintained stably between 0.8-1.2MPa; at high temperatures above 70℃, the flow rate of the cooling oil circuit is automatically increased by 15% to avoid overheating of the valve body. Even in northern winters or southern summers, it can still ensure smooth shifting, meeting the needs of high-frequency usage scenarios such as daily commuting and short-distance travel.
