When detecting that the clutch temperature exceeds 125℃ (130℃ for U250E), the oil pressure is automatically reduced (by 4-6MPa for U150E/U151E, 5-7MPa for U250E) to reduce frictional heat generation, and the TCU is triggered to issue an "overheating warning" at the same time.
When there is slight blockage in the oil circuit (flow rate drop exceeding 18%), the bypass oil circuit is opened (bypass flow: 8-12L/min for U150E/U151E, 10-14L/min for U250E) to maintain basic gear shifting functions, avoiding sudden shutdown of the AT.
When the vibration amplitude of the valve body exceeds 0.6g (0.7g for U250E), the buffer mechanism (damping coefficient adjusted to 0.8) is triggered to protect internal precision components.
The transmission oil temperature is real-time monitored through a temperature sensor. When the oil temperature exceeds 115℃ (120℃ for U250E), the cooling valve is automatically opened (cooling flow: 15-22L/min for U150E/U151E, 18-25L/min for U250E) to enhance heat dissipation effect, avoiding the decline in hydraulic oil viscosity and valve body performance attenuation caused by excessive oil temperature.
The hydraulic oil is controlled to flow through the built-in high-precision filter (filtering accuracy: 18μm for U150E/U151E, 15μm for U250E, filtering efficiency ≥98.5%) to filter metal debris and impurity particles in the oil, preventing impurities from entering the planetary gear set and clutches, and protecting the core components of the AT.
At the same time, they cooperate with the oil level monitoring sensor (detection accuracy: ±2mm for U150E/U151E, ±1.8mm for U250E). When the transmission oil level is lower than the standard value, the user is reminded to replenish in time through the instrument panel indicator light. When the oil quality deteriorates (detected by dual testing of dielectric loss value and acid value), a replacement reminder is triggered. The U250E additionally increases the oil quality early warning threshold, extending the overall service life of the AT.
1. Intelligent Working Condition Adaptation, Optimized Performance for Multi-Scenarios
All three valve bodies integrate 6 sets of environmental sensing sensors (temperature, pressure, speed, vibration sensors) and Toyota AT-specific dynamic adjustment algorithms. They can optimize working parameters according to different usage scenarios, and at the same time make differentiated adjustments based on the characteristics of the models they are adapted to:
During low-temperature startup (ambient temperature below -10℃), the warm-up time is shortened to 3-5 minutes through oil circuit preheating technology (with a built-in 40W heating plate). The U250E, which is adapted for vehicles with larger displacements, has its heating power increased to 50W to avoid gear shifting delay during cold startup.
During high-speed cruising (vehicle speed above 85km/h), the U150E/U151E automatically reduces the system oil pressure to 5-7MPa, and the U250E maintains it at 6-8MPa, reducing power loss. The measured fuel consumption per 100 kilometers can be reduced by 0.7-1.1L.
Under rapid acceleration conditions (throttle opening greater than 80%), the U150E/U151E quickly increases the oil pressure to 22-25MPa, and the U250E increases it to 25-28MPa, enhancing the clutch engagement rigidity to ensure efficient power transmission and avoid the phenomenon of "weak acceleration".
When facing bumpy road conditions (vibration frequency greater than 5Hz), the interference of valve body vibration on gear adjustment is reduced through an oil pressure buffer design (with built-in dual damping valves). The U250E additionally optimizes the vibration filtering algorithm, making it suitable for usage scenarios with complex road conditions such as SUVs.
2. Strict Quality Inspection, Full-Cycle After-Sales Support
Before leaving the factory, the valve bodies need to pass 18 Toyota AT-specific quality verifications, including the "1.2 Million Times Gear Cycle Shifting Test", "-40℃~150℃ Thermal Shock Test" (extended to -45℃~155℃ for U250E), "32MPa High-Pressure Tightness Test", "72-Hour Salt Spray Corrosion Test", "Planetary Gear Set Load Simulation Test", etc. The unqualified rate is controlled below 0.08%, ensuring stable operation of the product in extreme high-temperature, low-temperature, and high-humidity environments.
At the same time, global customization services are supported. The valve body's filtering structure (filtering accuracy increased to 18μm, 15μm for U250E) and oil circuit resistance (resistance fluctuation controlled within ±3%) can be optimized according to the fuel quality (such as ethanol gasoline) and road condition characteristics (high-altitude, dusty areas) in different regions to meet the needs of global markets. A 24-month/150,000-kilometer warranty period is provided (extended to 26 months/180,000 kilometers for U250E), with a supporting Toyota AT-specific maintenance technical manual (including disassembly and assembly comparison diagrams of the three valve bodies, gear fault diagnosis procedures) and online technical support (24-hour online consultation). The after-sales response time is no more than 48 hours, reducing the user's maintenance cost and cycle.
