Compared with peer valve bodies for commercial vehicles in the same class, its power transmission efficiency is improved by 6%. When matched with a heavy-duty truck equipped with a 12L diesel engine, the power response time is shortened by 0.5 seconds when climbing with full load (15% slope), avoiding power lag under heavy-duty conditions and meeting the high-efficiency needs of logistics transportation and long-distance passenger transport.

It adopts a "double-layer reinforced valve body" structure: the outer layer is made of high-strength cast steel (ZG270-500) with a tensile strength of 500MPa, and its impact resistance is 80% higher than that of ordinary aluminum alloy valve bodies. The key stress-bearing areas in the inner layer (such as solenoid valve mounting seats and oil circuit interfaces) are equipped with additional reinforcing ribs, with the thickness increased to 15mm.
