PRODUCT FUNCTIONS
1. Central Control of the Transmission Hydraulic System
As the "hydraulic command center" of the transmission, the 31705-X132B valve body precisely controls the flow direction, pressure, and flow rate of hydraulic oil through built-in components such as pressure valves, flow valves, and solenoid valves. When the TCU issues a shifting command, the valve body quickly switches the oil circuit (oil circuit switching response time ≤50ms) to drive the clutches/brake bands to complete the engagement and disengagement actions, realizing gear shifting. It is a core component ensuring the transmission's power transmission, which guarantees the smooth transmission of power from the engine to the wheels and avoids problems such as power interruption and low transmission efficiency.
2. Execution and Optimization of Intelligent Shifting Logic
It receives real-time data commands from the TCU (data transmission rate of 1000kbps) and dynamically adjusts the shifting strategy based on the vehicle's driving status (vehicle speed, load, and driving mode): in "Economy Mode", it shifts up 100-200rpm in advance to reduce the engine speed, prioritizing fuel efficiency; in "Sport Mode", it delays shifting by 200-300rpm to maintain a high-speed range (2500-4000rpm) and enhance power output; it supports manual shifting mode (triggered by the gear lever or steering wheel paddles), which accurately responds to the driver's shifting operations (response delay ≤100ms). At the same time, it has a shifting protection function (such as prohibiting upshifting when the speed is too high and prohibiting downshifting when the vehicle speed is too low) to avoid transmission damage caused by misoperation, balancing driving comfort and control safety.
3. Dynamic Management of System Pressure and Flow
Through a built-in pressure feedback mechanism (sampling frequency of 100Hz), it real-time monitors and maintains the stable pressure of the transmission hydraulic system (normal working pressure range of 5-35MPa). When the oil pressure is too high (exceeding 38MPa), it automatically opens the pressure relief valve to release pressure, avoiding clutch slippage and seal damage; when the oil pressure is too low (below 4MPa), it activates the booster pump to increase the oil pressure, preventing weak shifting and gear loss. At the same time, it precisely adjusts the hydraulic oil supply through the flow control valve (flow regulation range of 5-20L/min) to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of spool movements, reduce shifting delay, and improve the overall transmission efficiency (the measured transmission efficiency can reach 93%-95%), thereby reducing power loss.
4. Protection of Core Components and Fault Diagnosis
It has multiple active protection functions: when detecting that the clutch temperature exceeds 120℃, it automatically reduces the oil pressure (by 5-8MPa) to reduce frictional heat generation, and at the same time triggers the TCU to issue a cooling reminder; when there is slight blockage in the oil circuit (flow rate drop exceeding 20%), it opens the bypass oil circuit (bypass flow of 8-12L/min) to maintain basic shifting functions and avoid sudden transmission shutdown; when the vibration amplitude of the valve body exceeds 0.5g, it triggers a buffer mechanism (damping coefficient adjusted to 0.8) to protect internal precision components. In addition, it can real-time monitor its own working status, convert problems such as abnormal oil pressure, spool jamming, and sensor failures into 16-bit fault codes (complying with the SAE J1939 protocol) and transmit them to the TCU. Maintenance personnel can quickly read fault information and locate fault points through diagnostic equipment, improving maintenance efficiency by 40%.

APPLICATION
ADVANTAGES

1. Precise Adaptation to Specific Vehicle Models, OEM-Level Compatibility

As an exclusive control component for the transmission of specific vehicle models, the 31705-X132B transmission valve body is developed in strict accordance with the technical standards and dimensional parameters of the corresponding original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The oil passage diameter of the valve plate and the spool stroke are perfectly matched with the hydraulic system of the original vehicle's transmission, and the interface specifications achieve seamless connection with the Transmission Control Unit (TCU). It can be directly installed without additional cutting or modification, effectively avoiding problems such as oil passage misalignment and signal transmission delay that are common in non-adaptive valve bodies. This ensures that the transmission regains the original OEM power transmission efficiency, and is particularly suitable for scenarios such as replacing old valve bodies or troubleshooting repairs of the specific vehicle model. No repeated debugging is required after installation for normal operation.

2. Efficient Hydraulic Regulation, Balancing Shifting Response and Smoothness

Adopting a multi-oil-circuit independent partition control design, it is equipped with 12 sets of high-precision solenoid valves and pressure feedback valves, which can real-time capture dynamic parameters such as engine speed, vehicle speed, and throttle opening, and quickly adjust the pressure (with a regulation accuracy of ±0.2MPa) and flow rate of hydraulic oil. Compared with ordinary valve bodies, the shifting response speed is increased by more than 30%, and it can complete gear shifting within 80-180 milliseconds, significantly reducing low-speed shifting jitter. At the same time, through linear oil pressure regulation technology, it optimizes the engagement and disengagement process of clutches/brake bands to avoid power interruption. Whether it is frequent start-stop in urban congested road conditions or stable driving during high-speed cruising, it can maintain a smooth driving experience, suitable for multi-scenario usage needs such as household and commercial purposes.

3. High-Durability Materials and Precision Craftsmanship, Extending Service Life

The core valve plate is made of high-strength ADC12 die-cast aluminum alloy, which undergoes low-temperature aging treatment (aging temperature of 120℃, heat preservation for 8 hours) and surface nitriding process (nitriding layer thickness of 5-8μm). Its hardness is increased to over HV800, enabling it to withstand high-frequency oil pressure impacts (maximum pressure resistance of 35MPa) during transmission operation, effectively resisting valve body deformation and cracking. The internal spool uses SUS304 stainless steel substrate with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating, reducing the friction coefficient by 40%, which minimizes wear and tear during long-term use and avoids spool jamming failures. The sealing components are made of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) that is oil-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, and low-temperature-resistant (-40℃~150℃), with a compression set rate of less than 15%, eliminating the risk of transmission oil leakage. According to third-party testing, the service life of this valve body is 50% longer than that of ordinary similar products, making it suitable for harsh scenarios such as complex road conditions and high-frequency use.
