PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

1.Adaptive Oil Pressure Regulation

The SLT solenoid valve (integrated into the SL4 solenoid valve) dynamically adjusts the main line pressure according to the engine throttle opening (load signal) and vehicle speed: it decreases to 0.7MPa at idle (to reduce energy consumption) and increases to 1.4-1.6MPa during rapid acceleration (to ensure power); the ATF pressure switch feeds back oil pressure data every 6ms, forming a closed-loop control. The pressure fluctuation during shifting is less than 0.08MPa, ensuring smooth shifting without jitter and balancing control accuracy with family vehicle scenario needs.

2.Shift Logic for Family Vehicle Scenarios

Equipped with dual logics of "commuting mode" and "travel mode": During urban commuting (vehicle speed < 60km/h, shift frequency > 6 times/minute), upshifting is delayed (e.g., the speed for shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear is reduced from 38km/h to 35km/h) to improve low-speed power response, adapting to following vehicles in congestion; during short-distance travel (vehicle speed > 60km/h, continuous driving > 30 minutes), upshifting is advanced (the speed for shifting from 3rd to 4th gear is reduced from 85km/h to 80km/h) to lower the engine speed, reduce noise and fuel consumption, and adapt to suburban road driving.

3.Adaptation to Start-Stop Working Conditions

Targeting the automatic start-stop system of family vehicles, a "start-stop exclusive control" is designed: When the vehicle is turned off, the SL1 solenoid valve releases the C1 clutch pressure to avoid restart impact; at the moment of restart (within 0.6 seconds), the oil pressure is quickly restored to the working value, ensuring no delay in starting, adapting to the need of frequent start-stop in congested urban roads and improving driving comfort.

APPLICATION
ADVANTAGES

1.Optimized Matching for Small-Displacement Power Systems

The JF020E/JF020 are specifically designed for 1.2L-1.8L naturally aspirated engines and small-displacement turbocharged engines (1.0T-1.5T), with the maximum operating pressure of the valve body optimized to 1.6MPa. They perfectly meet the power needs of family vehicles for "low load and daily commuting". Compared with peer valve bodies in the same class, their power transmission efficiency is improved by 4%. When matched with a compact car equipped with a 1.5L engine, the starting acceleration response time is shortened by 0.2 seconds, and the comprehensive fuel consumption is reduced by 2%-3% (taking a 1.5L vehicle as an example, the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is reduced from 7.0L to less than 6.8L), which meets the dual expectations of family users for energy saving and power.

2.Flexible Adaptability for Compact Space

Adopting a "lightweight single-valve body" structure with redundant auxiliary valves removed, the overall volume is controlled at 260mm (length) × 150mm (width) × 110mm (height), and the weight is only 48-52kg, 8% lighter than peer valve bodies in the same class. It can be easily adapted to the narrow engine compartment layout of compact cars and small SUVs. Meanwhile, the installation interface of the valve body adopts a standardized design, which can be compatible with the transmission housings of mainstream family car manufacturers such as Toyota, Nissan, and Honda without modifying the vehicle body structure, reducing the modification cost for automobile manufacturers and meeting the mass production needs of family vehicles.

3.Stable Operation Across Wide Temperature Ranges

Equipped with a high-sensitivity ATF temperature sensor, combined with the "family vehicle scenario temperature range control strategy" of the ECT ECU: When starting at low temperatures below -20℃, the preheating time of the solenoid valve is extended to 220ms to prevent shift jamming caused by viscous oil; under normal temperature conditions (25℃-75℃), the oil pressure is stabilized between 0.9-1.3MPa to ensure smooth shifting; at high temperatures above 75℃, the flow rate of the cooling oil circuit is automatically increased by 18% to avoid overheating of the valve body. It can maintain stable shifting even during short-distance commuting in northern winters or long-distance driving in southern summers, adapting to all-scenario use of family vehicles.
