PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

1. Intelligent Execution of Multi-Scenario Shift Logic

Deeply compatible with Toyota's Transmission Control Unit (TCU), it can real-time receive driving scenario data: frequent start-stop signals in urban congested roads, constant-speed cruising signals on highways, and load signals during uphill driving. Through independent shift valve groups, it quickly switches oil circuit channels to achieve transmission gear changes (4 forward gears for 4AT models, continuously variable speed adjustment for CVT models). The low-speed shift logic is optimized for family-use scenarios: the shift interval between 1st-2nd gears and 2nd-3rd gears in 4AT models is shortened to within 0.35 seconds, with shift impact controlled at ≤ 40N; CVT models achieve smooth speed ratio transition through fine oil pressure adjustment, eliminating the "shift feeling" and enhancing riding comfort.

2. Load-Adaptive Dynamic Oil Pressure Regulation

Adopting a dual-control structure of "main pressure regulating valve + load-sensing valve", it can dynamically adjust the system oil pressure according to the vehicle's actual load: when the vehicle is unloaded or lightly loaded (daily single-person commuting), it stabilizes the oil pressure at 1.0-1.3MPa to reduce energy consumption of the hydraulic system. Combined with Toyota's low-viscosity ATF WS oil, it helps reduce fuel consumption per 100 kilometers by approximately 2%-3%; when the vehicle is fully loaded (5 passengers + luggage) or climbing a slope, it automatically increases the oil pressure to 1.6-2.0MPa to enhance clutch engagement strength (for 4AT models) or steel belt/chain transmission tension (for CVT models), preventing power slipping and ensuring transmission reliability in heavy-load scenarios.

APPLICATION
ADVANTAGES
1. Household-Level Fault Monitoring and Basic Protection

Equipped with a basic current detection chip (detection accuracy ± 0.02A) and an NTC temperature sensor (temperature measurement accuracy ± 1℃), it can real-time monitor its own working status: when abnormal current (overcurrent ≥ 2.5A or undercurrent ≤ 0.4A), working temperature exceeding 125℃, or valve core jamming (action delay > 0.12 seconds) caused by hydraulic oil impurities (particle size ≥ ISO 19/16) is detected, it will immediately send fault codes (such as P0973 solenoid valve pressure abnormality, P0867 low oil pressure) to the TCU, triggering a dual protection mechanism—first, cutting off its own redundant power supply to prevent coil burnout and avoid fault expansion affecting the entire transmission; second, assisting the TCU in switching to "family-use limp mode" (locked within 3rd gear to ensure safe low-speed driving), making it convenient for car owners to drive the vehicle to a repair shop, which meets the "low maintenance difficulty" requirement of family vehicles.

2. Household-Scenario-Optimized Electro-Hydraulic Signal Conversion

Adopting Toyota's second-generation PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control technology exclusive to family vehicles, it can real-time receive the stable 0.5-2.0A current signal output by the Transmission Control Unit (TCU) and complete the conversion from electrical signal to mechanical action of the valve core within 50 milliseconds. The maximum stroke of the valve core is accurately controlled at 0.4mm, and combined with the "single-stage buffer spring" design, it can smoothly adjust the on-off state and flow rate of hydraulic oil, driving the clutch (for 4AT models) or steel belt/chain (for CVT models) to complete engagement/disengagement actions. This ensures that the response delay of shifting commands is ≤ 0.09 seconds, avoiding low-speed shifting jitter (the impact force of 1st-2nd gear shifting is ≤ 45N), which meets the "smoothness first for daily commuting" demand of family vehicles and reduces the sense of 颠簸 (jerking) for family members during rides.
