Adopting Toyota's flagship fourth-generation PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control technology, it can real-time receive high-precision current signals (0.7-2.4A) output by the Transmission Control Unit (TCU) and complete the conversion from electrical signals to mechanical movements of the valve core within 35 milliseconds. The maximum stroke of the valve core is strictly controlled at 0.35mm, and combined with the "two-stage buffer spring" design, it can quickly and smoothly adjust the on-off state and flow rate of hydraulic oil, driving clutches and brakes to complete engagement/disengagement actions. This ensures that the response delay of shift commands is ≤ 0.06 seconds, avoiding low-speed shift jitter (e.g., shift impact between 1st and 2nd gears ≤ 18N) or high-speed power interruption (e.g., lag in shifting from 5th to 8th gears during overtaking), which meets the "imperceptible shifting" driving demand of high-end models.


2. Dynamic Fine-Tuning of Oil Pressure for Multiple Working Conditions


Targeting diverse usage scenarios of high-end models (urban congestion, high-speed cruising, mountain climbing, sport mode, comfort mode), it is equipped with a "four-stage pressure compensation valve core" that enables stepless oil pressure regulation within the range of 0.4-2.6MPa. For example, during low-speed shifting in comfort mode, it outputs low oil pressure (0.4-0.9MPa) and further reduces impact through the "oil damping chamber" to improve riding quietness (transmission noise ≤ 45 decibels); during rapid acceleration in sport mode or climbing (slope ≥ 20°), it automatically increases the oil pressure to 2.0-2.6MPa to enhance clutch engagement rigidity and transmission tension of planetary gear sets, avoiding power slipping (e.g., vehicle speed fluctuation ≤ 0.5km/h during steep hill starts); during high-speed cruising, it finely adjusts the oil pressure through a dynamic compensation algorithm (fluctuation range ≤ 0.02MPa) to reduce transmission system vibration (vibration amplitude ≤ 0.08mm), meeting the high requirements for driving quality of high-end models.

The valve core is made of martensitic stainless steel (material: 4Cr13NiMoV, containing vanadium to enhance fatigue resistance) and undergoes "vacuum quenching + ultra-precision honing" treatment, with a surface roughness of ≤ Ra0.008μm and a surface hardness of over HV1100. Its wear resistance is 60% higher than that of ordinary solenoid valves, capable of resisting long-term hydraulic oil scouring (ATF WS Ultra oil service life ≥ 80,000 kilometers) and impurity wear; the coil uses polyimide enameled copper wire resistant to 220℃ high temperature, covered with a "fluororubber + glass fiber" double-layer insulation layer, which has oil resistance, aging resistance, and vibration resistance (capable of withstanding 10-2000Hz vibration), preventing short-circuit faults caused by oil penetration or vibration.
