PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

1. Household Multi-Working-Condition Oil Pressure Adaptive Regulation

Targeting typical usage scenarios of family vehicles (frequent start-stop in urban congestion, medium-speed cruising in suburbs, full-load short-distance trips on weekends), it is equipped with a "two-stage pressure compensation valve core", enabling stepless oil pressure regulation within the range of 0.3-2.1MPa. For example, during low-speed shifting in urban congestion, it outputs low oil pressure of 0.3-0.8MPa, weakening the clutch engagement impact through the "oil buffer chamber" to improve riding comfort; when fully loaded (5 passengers + luggage) or climbing slightly sloped roads (slope ≤ 10°), it automatically increases the oil pressure to 1.5-2.1MPa to enhance the rigidity of the transmission mechanism and avoid power slipping (e.g., vehicle speed fluctuation ≤ 1km/h during climbing); during medium-speed cruising in suburbs (60-90km/h), it reduces the energy consumption of the hydraulic system through fine oil pressure adjustment (fluctuation range ≤ 0.06MPa). Combined with Toyota's low-viscosity ATF WS oil, it helps reduce fuel consumption per 100 kilometers by approximately 2%-3%, meeting the "economy" demand of family vehicles.
2. Household-Level Fault Monitoring and Basic Protection
Equipped with a basic current detection chip (detection accuracy ± 0.02A) and an NTC temperature sensor (temperature measurement accuracy ± 1℃), it can real-time monitor its own working status: when abnormal current (overcurrent ≥ 2.5A or undercurrent ≤ 0.4A), working temperature exceeding 125℃, or valve core jamming (action delay > 0.12 seconds) caused by hydraulic oil impurities (particle size ≥ ISO 19/16) is detected, it will immediately send fault codes (such as P0973 solenoid valve pressure abnormality, P0867 low oil pressure) to the TCU, triggering a dual protection mechanism—first, cutting off its own redundant power supply to prevent coil burnout and avoid fault expansion affecting the entire transmission; second, assisting the TCU in switching to "family-use limp mode" (locked within 3rd gear to ensure safe low-speed driving), making it convenient for car owners to drive the vehicle to a repair shop, which meets the "low maintenance difficulty" requirement of family vehicles.

APPLICATION
ADVANTAGES

1. Household-Level Durable Craftsmanship, Outstanding Cost-Effectiveness

The valve core is made of martensitic stainless steel (material: 4Cr13), treated by "ordinary quenching + precision grinding", with a surface roughness of ≤ Ra0.03μm and a surface hardness of over HV900. Its wear resistance meets the annual driving demand of 15,000-20,000 kilometers for family vehicles and can resist long-term scouring by hydraulic oil (ATF WS oil service life ≥ 60,000 kilometers); the coil uses polyester enameled copper wire resistant to 180℃ high temperature, covered with a nitrile rubber insulation layer, which has basic oil resistance and anti-aging properties to prevent short circuits caused by oil penetration in daily use. Through 1 million cycles of action testing (simulating a 10-year/150,000-kilometer household usage scenario), the failure rate is ≤ 0.8%, and the service life can reach more than 150,000 kilometers under normal use, meeting the "long-term durability" demand of family vehicles.

2. Adaptation to All Household Scenarios, No Usage Restrictions

Targeting scenarios such as "urban areas, suburbs, short-distance trips" for family vehicles, it optimizes environmental adaptability: in low-temperature environments (-35℃ to -10℃), the coil adopts a "low-resistance design" and can heat up to the working temperature (≥ 45℃) within 5 seconds after being energized, avoiding shifting jamming during cold startup in winter; in high-temperature environments (above 40℃), the valve body shell is equipped with simple heat dissipation ribs, which cooperate with the transmission cooling system to stabilize the working temperature of the solenoid valve within the r
