PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

1.6-Speed High-Performance Shift Control

Six sets of "high-frequency response solenoid valves" (SL1-SL6) are used to drive reinforced C1-C3 clutches and wear-resistant B1-B3 brakes, realizing precise switching between 6 forward gears and 1 reverse gear. SL1 controls the C1 clutch (power transmission for 1st/4th gears, with 2 additional clutch plates); SL2 controls the C2 clutch (power transmission for 2nd/5th gears, with friction material upgraded to carbon fiber composite); SL3 controls the C3 clutch (power transmission for 3rd/6th gears, with pressure-bearing capacity increased by 30%); SL4-SL6 respectively control the B1-B3 brakes (reverse gear locking + gear stabilization, with automatic brake clearance compensation). Combined with the "performance-grade gear ratio optimization" of the planetary gear set (1st gear ratio: 5.0, 2nd gear ratio: 3.3, 3rd gear ratio: 2.2, 4th gear ratio: 1.7, 5th gear ratio: 1.3, 6th gear ratio: 0.85), it not only meets the power needs of large SUVs for starting with full load (7 people + luggage) but also maintains low speed during high-speed cruising, adapting to all scenarios of mid-to-high-end vehicles.

2.Advanced Dynamic Oil Pressure Adaptive Regulation

The SLT main solenoid valve dynamically adjusts the line pressure according to engine torque, vehicle speed, and road conditions (slope + road adhesion): it decreases to 1.2MPa at idle (to reduce energy consumption), increases to 2.8-3.2MPa during rapid acceleration (to ensure high-torque transmission), maintains 1.3MPa during high-speed cruising (to balance energy saving and stability), and stabilizes at 2.5MPa in Off-Road Mode (to prevent slippage). The ATF pressure switch is upgraded to a "high-frequency sampling type", feeding back oil pressure data every 1ms to form a microsecond-level closed-loop control. Even in complex scenarios such as continuous corner overtaking and acceleration on slippery roads, the oil pressure fluctuation can be controlled within 0.03MPa, ensuring smooth shifting and stable power.

3.In-Depth Linkage Control with Chassis System

It achieves "four-dimensional cooperation" with the vehicle ECU, ESP, air suspension, and limited-slip differential (LSD): when the vehicle switches to "Sport+ Mode", the ECU sends a high-power command, the valve body increases the shift speed to 6000rpm, while the air suspension lowers the vehicle body and the LSD increases the locking rate, forming a "power-control-chassis" linkage. When the ESP detects a skid tendency on slippery roads, it commands the valve body to immediately downshift to 2nd gear through the CAN FD bus, while reducing the oil pressure to 1.6MPa, and cooperates with ESP braking intervention to quickly correct the vehicle posture. When the air suspension switches to "Off-Road Mode", the valve body automatically locks low gears (1-3) and extends the gear holding time to avoid power interruption under complex road conditions.

APPLICATION
ADVANTAGES

1.Precise Matching for High-Torque Power Systems

As an advanced model in the 6HP series, the 6HP19 A047 is specifically designed for high-power 2.0T to 3.0T turbocharged engines. With a maximum operating pressure of the valve body increased to 3.2MPa, it can adapt to power systems with a maximum torque of 550N·m, perfectly meeting the core needs of mid-to-high-end performance sedans (such as BMW 540i, Mercedes-Benz E 43 AMG) and large luxury SUVs (such as Audi Q7 55 TFSI) for "high power reserve, high-speed overtaking, and full-load off-roading". Compared with the basic 6HP A047 model, its power transmission efficiency is further improved by 5%. When matched with a vehicle equipped with a 3.0T V6 engine, the 0-100km/h acceleration time is shortened by 0.2 seconds, and the engine speed is further reduced to within 2000rpm during high-speed cruising (120km/h), balancing performance output and high-speed fuel economy.

2.Upgraded Power Stability Under Extreme Working Conditions

To address the "severe torque fluctuation of turbocharged engines under high load", the SLT main solenoid valve is upgraded to a "dual-coil high-frequency response type", with its response speed increased from 0.2 seconds to 0.15 seconds. When the engine torque surges from 300N·m to 500N·m (e.g., rapid acceleration in sport mode), the valve body can instantly increase the line pressure from 1.8MPa to 3.0MPa, completely avoiding shift slippage caused by power fluctuations. Additionally, a "triple-feedback oil pressure monitoring system" (synchronous monitoring of inlet, outlet, and clutch-end oil pressure) is adopted, with an oil pressure control accuracy of ±0.02MPa. Even under extreme working conditions such as continuous climbing (slope > 20%) and full-load towing (towing weight ≤ 2.5 tons), the power transmission stability is still 30% higher than that of the basic model, meeting the strict requirements of mid-to-high-end vehicles for driving quality.

3.Advanced Mute and Vibration Control

The valve core adopts a "nano-ceramic coating + ultra-precision grinding" process, reducing the surface roughness to Ra0.1μm, which lowers the friction noise between the valve core and valve sleeve by 25% compared to the basic model. The exterior is upgraded to a "three-layer composite sound insulation structure" (inner butyl rubber + middle sound-absorbing cotton + outer metal shield), resulting in an operating noise 3-4 decibels lower than that of the basic model. Combined with the overall sound insulation design of luxury vehicles, the valve body noise in the cockpit is "close to zero at idle", further enhancing quietness and luxury.
