Based on the full closed-loop hydraulic control algorithm of the 0BH325025-JD, this control module optimizes the hydraulic pressure control precision and adds a "hybrid-specific clutch engagement strategy". It integrates a high-pressure variable-displacement gear pump (maximum pressure increased to 20 MPa, 11% higher than the 0BH325025-JD) and 14 precision solenoid valves (2 more than the 0BH325025-JD, mainly used for hybrid system hydraulic control). It collects real-time signals from 22 key sensors (including 4 hybrid-specific sensors such as motor speed and battery SOC). The data processing relies on a quad-core Infineon AURIX TC497 MCU (operating frequency up to 300 MHz), which is 50% higher than the triple-core chip of the 0BH325025-JD in terms of data processing capability.


High-Torque and High-Precision Clutch Engagement: For high-performance models such as Audi RS3 8Y, the control module controls the clutch engagement pressure gradient to 0.15 MPa/10 ms. When the vehicle accelerates from a standstill, it adjusts the pressure of clutch K1 from 0 to 15 MPa in 70 ms, ensuring that the 500 N·m peak torque of the 2.5T engine is smoothly transmitted without slip. At the same time, it uses a "pressure overshoot suppression algorithm" to reduce the pressure fluctuation range to ±0.05 MPa, which is 40% lower than the 0BH325025-JD;


Hybrid-Specific Cooling Management: For plug-in hybrid models, the control module adds a "motor-clutch collaborative cooling" function. It adjusts the cooling oil flow rate (1.0-3.0 L/min) according to the clutch temperature and motor temperature. When the motor temperature exceeds 130℃ (e.g., during long-term pure electric high-speed driving), it increases the cooling oil flow rate by 50% and activates the dual oil cooler fan (the 0BH325025-JD uses a single fan), which can reduce the motor and clutch temperature by 8℃ per minute;


New-Generation 4WD System Coordination: For models equipped with the latest 4MOTION Pro four-wheel drive system (e.g., Volkswagen Golf R 20 Years Edition), the control module establishes a direct communication channel with the rear differential lock controller, with a communication delay of less than 50 ms. When driving on slippery roads, it adjusts the clutch engagement speed in real time according to the rear wheel slip rate. For example, when the rear wheel slip rate exceeds 10%, it reduces the clutch engagement speed by 25% and increases the pressure holding time by 200 ms to avoid torque shock and improve vehicle stability.


2. High-Performance-Oriented Gearshift Execution Mechanism


Leveraging the "pre-engagement + rapid pressure build-up" gear design of the DQ500 Plus transmission, the 24041957 control module further shortens the gearshift time and optimizes the shift logic for high-performance scenarios. It can not only meet the needs of fierce driving on the track but also ensure the comfort of daily commuting.


Track-Level Rapid Shift Response: In Race mode (exclusive to high-performance models), the control module completes 1-2 gear shifts in 0.18 seconds and skip shifts (e.g., 6-3) in 0.3 seconds. Taking the Volkswagen Golf R 20 Years Edition as an example, when accelerating at full throttle, it can complete 1-5 gear shifts continuously without power interruption, and the 0-100 km/h acceleration time is shortened to 4.4 seconds, which is 0.3 seconds faster than the model equipped with the 0BH325025-JD;


Dual-Mode Comfort Optimization: In Comfort mode, the control module uses a "soft pressure transition" algorithm to reduce the hydraulic pressure change rate by 40% during shifts. For the Audi Q5L 55 TFSI e plug-in hybrid model, when shifting from 3rd to 4th gear at 60 km/h, the jerk amplitude is controlled below 1.5 m/s², which is 25% lower than the 0BH325025-JD and reaches the comfort level of luxury AT transmissions;


Hybrid-Specific Shift Timing Adjustment: For plug-in hybrid models, the control module adjusts the shift points according to the battery SOC (state of charge). When the SOC is higher than 70% (pure electric priority mode), it delays upshifting by 10 km/h to allow the motor to participate in driving for a longer time; when the SOC is lower than 30% (hybrid charging mode), it advances upshifting by 8 km/h to keep the engine in the high-efficiency power generation range (2,000-2,500 rpm).
